In the quest for excellence in the development of our Nested Entrepreneurial Team, we introduced the Young Entrepreneurs Synergy (YES Club). The YES Club is a renowned recognition programme offered to our members to boost their entrepreneurial performance and motivate our team leaders by recognizing their outstanding achievements.
The entrepreneurial performance for the year has been benchmarked against the total revenue generated within the business period. Various recognitions, in terms of member statuses, have been established. Team leaders are encouraged to strive for excellence in different categories by submitting the YES membership application form before the start of the business period. In addition to achievements in revenue generation, achievers are also required to comply with Continuous Professional Commitment (CPC) requirements.
At SMM, achieving YES Club membership is a symbol of entrepreneurial success in productivity, profitability, and income. Those who reach different membership levels will be honored at various events organized by the SMM Centre for Nested Entrepreneurial, with their accomplishments highlighted in local newspapers.
The following commitment in terms of revenues is to be achieved by the BAs in ONE(1) calendar year.
